Doodles tease “new vision” ahead of $DOOD 👀
Doodles have teased that they've been working on something "bigger than Doodles", with plans to release a reveal-all whitepaper "prior to $DOOD TGE".
Burnt Toast, founder and CEO of Doodles, stated that this unknown project is "over a year in the making", and will "fundamentally [change] the way story worlds are made and perceived."
$DOOD, the upcoming ecosystem token of Doodles, was first announced on February 13, 2025. The token is yet to have a release date, and it is not yet known if or how it will factor this new project.
Razer and World unite on ‘proof of human’ tech 🤖
Gaming tech giant Razer has announced a partnership with Web3-powered service World to debut Razer ID verified by World ID, a new technology to verify authentic human players.
Through this partnership, gamers will be able to opt-in to use World’s ‘proof of human’ verification within Razer’s existing single-sign on (SSO) account, for use across its services and software.
The first game to utilise Razer ID verified by World ID will be TOKYO BEAST, a futuristic Web3 mobile combat game built on Immutable that’s set to debut in Q2 2025.
Rare Designer announces retirement 👋
OG crypto artist Rare Designer has announced his retirement from the blockchain space, citing a lack of creativity and motivation following a series of harrowing experiences in his native Venezuela.
These experiences, which included allegations of targeted stalking and run-ins with corrupt police officers, have led Rare Designer to flee the country, stating that he “just want[s] to spend time with my family and daughter”.
His obligations to the Rare Apepes project will be fulfilled. An external studio is set to be hired to complete the artwork for the long-awaited Apepe Rebirth project, and development of the upcoming RAK3022 game will be unaffected.
