Ronin NFTs now tradable on OpenSea 🌊
OpenSea has added support for NFTs on Ronin, allowing Ronin Wallet users to freely buy, sell and trade digital assets using the OpenSea platform.
Prior to this update, Ronin NFT trading was limited to the Ronin Market. 8% of OpenSea’s platform fees from Ronin NFT transactions will go to the Ronin Treasury, adding a new revenue stream for the network.
To mark the integration, Sky Mavis has released two free commemorative NFTs - Jin and Ronke - available to mint through the Ronin Wallet for a limited time.
Forgotten Runiverse enters Early Access 🪄
Free-to-play Web3 MMORPG Forgotten Runiverse entered global early access on March 26.
Players can now dive into to an open world with a range of diverse regions, quests and dungeons to explore. Progress is rewarded with Quanta - an in-game currency used to craft items, upgrade structures, or used at the Font of Memory for a chance at rare items and land plots.
Land plots are fully-customisable, with a range of buildings that can be constructed to provide boosts, advantages and crafting opportunities.
Planned updates include additional combat spells, expanded land utility, guilds, and large-scale multiplayer content.
Zombie Punk sells for over $800k 👀
CryptoPunk 2967, one of 88 rare Zombie Punks, has sold for 420 ETH – over $842,000 USD – from a prominent NFT collector to an unknown buyer.
The transaction took place on March 23, with CryptoPunk 2967 having received numerous bids in the past six months. The highest of these was an offer of 650 ETH – equivalent to $2.33 million USD – on December 2, 2024, with this sale came just one day after an offer of 550 ETH – $1.1 million USD – was rejected by the holder.
CryptoPunks NFTs have enjoyed a recent surge in bids and purchases. Four days prior to the sale of 2967, CryptoPunk 6634 – a hoodie and 3D glasses combo – sold for 222.5 ETH ($432,000 USD), whilst 22 days ago, CryptoPunk 4464 – an Ape Punk – sold for 1,011 ETH ($2.18 million USD).
