Deadfellaz ā€˜Ghost Machine’ to mint June 5 šŸ‘€

DFZ Labs, the company behind the Deadfellaz NFT collection, has announced a new collection – Ghost Machine – will debut on ApeChain on June 5.

Ghost Machine is set to be ā€œa hyper-pop art PFP collectionā€, with 50,000 total NFTs available to mint at a price of 1 USD each. Holders of Deadfellaz and Deadfrenz NFTs will be able to mint a Ghost Machine NFT for free, with further details on an allowlist to follow soon.

This is the latest in a number of in-development expansions to the Deadfellaz IP, including the Death Touch TCG, the Coldlink tool, and their Roblox-based Wallhugger game.

YGG debut ā€˜LOL Land’ on Abstract šŸ•¹ļø

Yield Guild Games (YGG) has launched its own publishing division, titled YGG Play, to develop and distribute games directly under its own brand.

The first release under YGG Play is LOL Land, a browser-based board game that went live this week on Abstract. The game - which heavily incorporates the Pudgy Penguins brand - offers a variety of rewards to players.

YGG have yet to announce any additional titles under the YGG Play label, but has indicated that future releases will prioritise the existing Web3 community, rather than conventional gaming audiences.

Cool Cats strike partnership with Lotte šŸ¤

Cool Cats has struck a partnership with South Korean conglomerate Lotte, with the two to work together to bring the ā€œmagic of Sapphire Townā€ to audiences across Asia.

An image accompanying the announcement shows Blue holding what appears to be a snack box resembling Pepero - a popular chocolate-dipped biscuit stick produced by Lotte - and Chugs holding a cat lollipop and a candy bar.

Whilst the nature of the partnership remains unclear, the image has prompted speculation that it may involve consumer-facing products or brand licensing in the food sector - though specific details have yet to be disclosed.
